DOOR OF HOPE CELEBRATES ITS 25TH ANNIVERSARY!
It was in 1985 that our founders, Stephen and Iris Lazarian, launched Door of Hope as a place for homeless families to find hope, faith, and the support they need to get their lives back on track.
Twenty five years later, Door of Hope is thriving. We opened a second site in Glendale and now serve up to 30 homeless families each year. What an incredible journey this has been and thank you for being part of it!
We have seen families be transformed with the support provided by the staff and volunteers. Through prudent management and continued financial support from our community, we are determined to be a stable force for families in need, well into the future.
As we celebrate our 25th anniversary year, we are focusing on financial sustainability and strengthening our organizational infrastructure. We need to raise almost $1 million each year to sustain our program. This is a huge goal and will only be possible with lots of prayer and wonderful partners like you who give generously to help end family homelessness.
